The name “TalentorAI” was born from the fusion of two powerful concepts: "Talent" and "AI." At its core, it represents a harmonious blend of human ingenuity and artificial intelligence. The Story Behind TalentorAI – A Vision for Smarter AI Recruitment
My career has always been shaped by innovation, technology, and people. I started out working for a large audio technology brand, where I developed a deep understanding of cutting-edge tech, business strategy, and client engagement. While I enjoyed the fast-paced nature of the tech world, I was drawn to an industry undergoing its own transformation—property and PropTech.
From PropTech to People: The Shift to Recruitment
I transitioned into property and real estate, working for nationwide PropTech companies. I was responsible for sourcing properties, negotiating leases, and advising landlords and investors on securing housing solutions. During this time, I developed a passion for coaching and mentoring, helping professionals in the property sector grow their careers. Seeing how the right opportunity could change someone’s life made me realize I wanted to play a bigger role in connecting talent with the industries that need them most.

As I worked closely with technology-driven businesses, I saw a major challenge emerging—companies were struggling to find high-quality AI talent to drive innovation and growth.
